Dr. Stuart Davidson
Stuart came to Eastern Shore Baptist Church in January 2010. His vision for the church is summed up in three words: Showing, Growing and Going. Stuart and his wife, Angela, have three sons, Jay, Jack and Jett. Jett was adopted from China and is a blessing to his forever family.
Rev. Tony Higginbotham
Tony and his wife, Carol, have been at ESBC since January 2012. He is responsible for the choral and worship activities. They have two grown sons, Travis and Benjamin.
Rev. Josh Raybon
Josh joined the ESBC staff as youth pastor in March of 2013 after serving as a youth pastor in Mississippi for several years. Josh graduated from Mississippi State University in 2006 with a degree in political science and from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2012 with a Masters in Christian Education. Josh met his wife, Candace, in high school and the two of them have been married since 2008. In 2012, God blessed with Josh and Candace with their son, Smith and in 2014 with their daughter, Daylee Grace. Josh loves investing in the lives of students and being a part of what God has in store for the next generation!
Senior Adult Pastor
Rev. John Anderson
John and Brenda have been members since January, 2011. They previously served at Bromley Baptist Church, where John was pastor for 20 years while working for the Corps of Engineers. He retired from the Corps in 2008 and the pastorate in 2010, and has served as Pastor of Senior Adults, ESBC since January, 2012. John and Brenda have three daughters and four granddaughters. They enjoy traveling, camping, fishing, boating and exploring in their Jeep.
Rev. Will Haynes
Will joined the ESBC staff as children’s pastor in January 2018 after serving churches in central Alabama. He met his wife, Kimberly, while in college at the University of Mobile and they have been married since 2012. Will received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from the University of Mobile and is currently working toward completing a Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Will is passionate about making disciples of children so that they can grow in Christ and have a solid foundation in Him for their lives. He enjoys reading, disc golf, and just about anything outdoors.
Facilities Manager & Mission Coordinator
Mr. Bryant Thompson
Bryant has been on staff at Eastern Shore Baptist Church since March of 1998. He and his wife, Donna, joined the church in May of 1995. He has taught Life Group classes in the both Youth and Adult Men's classes. Bryant is the Facilities Manager and Missions Coordinator for ESBC.
Weekday Education Ministry (WEM) Director
Gail has served as the Director of Weekday Education Ministries since 1997. She and her husband, Kenneth, have been members of Eastern Shore Baptist Church for over 25 years. Gail is a graduate of Troy University with a bachelor’s degree in Education. Gail loves her church and her job. She believes children are our future and she is humbled to share the love of Christ with children and their parents. She is blessed with a wonderful son, Stacey and daughter-in-law, Tracy, and a beautiful granddaughter, McKinley.
Becky and her husband, Larry, have lived on the eastern shore for over 37 years. Becky began serving the congregation of Eastern Shore Baptist Church on February 15, 1990. She enjoys being part of ESBC’s growing and serving body of believers.
Ann has been on staff at ESBC since September of 2011. Ann and her husband, Chuck, have been married over 30 years and have two daughters, Griffin and Phoenix and son-in-law, Sean Naylor and three grandsons, Tatum, Alton and Collins. Griffin graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Auburn University and works at Airbus.
Terri and her husband, Bryan, grew up on the Eastern Shore. Work took them away for 20 years and they've been back since 2008. They have 2 daughters, Lindsey and Kelly, son-in-law Joshua Dunnam. Kelly and Joshua are expecting Abigail, the first grandchild in April 2018. Terri began working at ESBC in August of 2011.
Rev. George Dueitt
George joined the ESBC staff in 2013. He and his wife Sandra have been married for over 37 years and moved to the Eastern Shore to be close to their grandchildren. George and Sandra have two children and four grandchildren. George has a strong background in ministry serving in churches in both Alabama and Florida.
